His initial steps in the industry commenced as a Junior Technician at a local company, where he honed his technical expertise under the guidance of a seasoned mentor.
Over the course of nine years, Dale absorbed knowledge and experience, preparing for a significant shift in his life. In July 2013, propelled by the unwavering encouragement from family and friends, he embraced entrepreneurship and founded Albany IT a year later.

The cost of our services are very easy to understand because it’s only $55 for a call out with a 30-minute minimum and a flat rate of $110 per hour.
All our pricing includes GST.

We are able to provide quotes once we have a clear plan on what is required.
Creating this plan & scoping a project to provide a quote, can incur a fee at the above rates.
